CashSilk Cotton Degradè
A new yarn from Laines du Nord just hit our shelves and we're smitten! CashSilk Cotton Degradè is a luxuriously soft, ultralight blend of Merino wool, cotton, silk and cashmere featuring a two-colored gradient shading that creates a gauzed, halo effect. Mix one skein, US 10 needles, 40 stitches, add some mindful stockinette stitch and 63" later, you'll have THIS scarf - yep, that's the same scarf, styled two different ways!

Smells Like...Candle Season
If you're looking for a cute yet practical holiday gift exchange idea for your crafting circle (or anyone in your life with a nose), these super-affordable amazingly knitting-themed scented candles are an excellent option (check out the text on each label)! Hand-poured into 4oz amber jars, each releases a cozy, warm scent when lit. Each candle is lovingly crafted in the USA with a vegan blend soy wax that's gluten-free, toxin-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, and comes from renewable sources.
As we were unpacking these, we realized how GREAT they smell, and now we're 99.99999% sure we didn't order nearly enough. If that hunch turns out to be correct, we'll get MORE!

Monthly Make: Doodle Cowl
November's Monthly Make is the Doodle Cowl! Over the past couple of months, we've shared two versions of these (the Ocean and Halloween versions) and dang it, we're going to keep mentioning them until you get as hooked on Doodles as we are!
Pictured up top is a completed "Autumn" Doodle and we've got a "Candyland" Holiday version on the needles...fingers crossed Meg completes it before we meet on November 6th!
In addition to being beyond adorable, the individual themed pattern includes 25 different chart motifs which are intended to be used as mix-and-match colorwork motifs throughout the project ~ This one is truly a choose-your-own adventure: select the motifs that bring you joy and have some FUN!We're making it with Eco Baby, a 100% organic, GOTS-certified, machine washable sport weight wool yarn. Use as many colors as you like for your own Doodle Cowl. We've found six different colors is plenty to allow you to get all sorts of good contrasty motif combinations
