Have you heard the NEWs?

We are happy to introduce Louisa Harding Yarns into the store!

First up, we just got in Kimono Angora, which is 70% angora, 25% wool, and 5% nylon.

Each ball is 125 yards, and is specially priced at just $7.00/ball. It's also…well, soft as a bunny!

We also have Shingle from Louisa Harding Yarns, which is a fun novelty yarn with square sequins running throughout. It would be great for summer projects or paired with other yarns.

Looking for a thin, shimmery ribbon yarn? Glisten is also new in store from Louisa Harding Yarns.

As mentioned in our eNewsletter, we also just got a big shipment of Bamboo from Southwest Trading Company.

We also received a big re-stock of Cascade 220.

You can now pick any color of the rainbow, and we'll have a sweater's worth!

Next time you stop in, you'll want to spend some time checking out our brand new books, including the Big Girl Knits series. These books contain some fresh designs for larger ladies' sizes.

Of course, once you've gathered all of your new yarns and books, you might need a new knitting bag. We just got in some great hobo bags that would even make nice purses from ATENTI. They are made using beautiful fabrics and have fun beaded attachments.

Lastly, why not join us for a Knit Night? Our monthly schedule is as follows:

1st Thursday - Sock Knit-a-Long
2nd Thursday - Charity Knit Night
3rd Thursday - Koigu Knit Night
4th Thursday - Afghan Knit Night
5th Thursday - Blue Moon Knit Night (a.k.a. Open Knit Night), since a 5th Thursday will only happen once in a blue moon!

Here's a shot of what's already been donated from our Charity Knit Night knitters:

Don't forget: you could win a $50 gift certificate in August!

We just got in lots of new colors of Dyed and Organic Cotton from Blue Sky Alpacas!

We adore this yarn. It is a heavy worsted weight that is extremely soft. It is great for knitting lots of projects - from sweaters, to baby knits, and home décor.

Also just in is a BIG shipment of new books, including these hot crochet titles:

…and there's more! We just got in a new line of Debbie Bliss called Cashmerino Astrakhan.

Cashmerino Astrakhan is 60% merino wool, 30% microfiber, and 10% cashmere. It is a loopy and very soft boucle yarn with lots of bounce for sweater projects, kids projects, afghans, and more.

We hope to see you soon to check out the latest additions!
