Stella

Stella is a crescent-shaped shawl designed to offer countless possibilities to play with color. We chose two colors from our recent Malabrigo Mechita shipment, and we have a fantastic color selection for you to choose from!  The complexity of color and the softness of Malabrigo Mechita is simply stunning. Mechita is the fingering weight version of Malabrigo's bulky Mecha. It's a single-ply, 100% superwash merino wool yarn that's hand-dyed in colors you really won't believe until you see them for yourself.

Triplex

Triplex is a collaboration between three friends: designer Laura Nelkin, yarnie Jill Draper and Jennie the Potter. We were lucky enough to run into Jill wearing it at a recent trade show and were thrilled to see how many ways it can be worn -- we count at least six! We were able to score a limited number of kits in three colorways, but move quickly....when we say "limited," we mean limited!  Each kit contains 2 skeins of Mohonk, a 2 ply sportweight, squishable yarn made from 100% NYS unregistered Cormo wool, 6 hand-made buttons & a digital code to download the pattern.

Tool Caddy

Also on our recent trip, we stumbled across these hand-turned wooden tool caddies. Wisconsin-made, no two are alike and each beautifully combines various types of wood. They're perfect for keeping all of your favorite knitting and crocheting tools right nearby.

A Note from Christina, Organizer of Threads of Kindness:

Hello everyone...I'd like to invite you to join a group that is very near to my heart as I know it is for many of you.  We are working to provide hospice patients in middle Tennessee with a blanket or shawl for a little comfort at a time when they may most need it and preemie blankets and hats to many of the Nashville's Neo-Natal units.  If you think this giving opportunity may be right for you, please reach out to us.  We are fortunate to have generous yarn donations from Haus of Yarn helping us along our way and would love to share our stash with you.
