Cormo  The Yarns of Rhichard Devrieze

New yarn & Back in Stock!

We are beyond excited to now be carrying Cormo from Elemental Affects!  This worsted weight yarn is homegrown, hand-dyed and spun in the U.S.  Cormo wool is a lustrous fiber that is next to skin-soft.  We think you'll be pleasantly surprised by its inherent springiness, soft hand and resistance to pilling.  100% Cormo wool, 250 yards, 3-ply worsted-spun.interesting visual texture.

We were thrilled to debut exclusive Haus of Yarn colorways, dyed just for Stitches South back in April by The Yarns of Rhichard Devrieze - and evidently, so were you!  We sold out within hours of the doors opening.  Well, they're back in stock!  In addition to the two colorways you may have already seen, we added 3 additional colorways hand-dyed by Angela Combest at Fleur de Fiber in Chicago. These are sure to sell out as quickly as the first batch, so don't dawdle!

A Note from Christina, Organizer of Threads of Kindness:

Hello everyone...I'd like to invite you to join a group that is very near to my heart as I know it is for many of you.  We are working to provide hospice patients in middle Tennessee with a blanket or shawl for a little comfort at a time when they may most need it and preemie blankets and hats to many of the Nashville's Neo-Natal units.  If you think this giving opportunity may be right for you, please reach out to us.  We are fortunate to have generous yarn donations from Haus of Yarn helping us along our way and would love to share our stash with you.
