Fresh Off Our Needles!
When we received our shipment of Cairns, we knew immediately we wanted to create a poncho with it. Since the yarn lends itself so well to warm-weather wear, we chose an allover eyelet stitch pattern that worked up into a swingy, light fabric. The yarn is a cotton blend tape yarn and is available in a variety of fun, stripey, variegated colors. Knit on a US 9 needle, this poncho will fly off your needles!
Sunday Shawl
Both Kelley and Vicki have crocheted the amazing Sunday Shawl using Hempathy, made from the incredible plant fiber that just won't wear out - instead, it will wear in, getting better with age! Lightly textured and available in a wide range of colors to choose from, make this shawl your own by choosing a color scheme to suit your personality!

The Yearlong Knitalong: April!
The fifth installment of the Haus of Yarn Yearlong Knitalong continues! This month, we're working on a knitted pillow! You get to design it yourself using one of the afghan block patterns from the Haus of Yarn Block-a-Month afghan book. Our goal this month is to hone those seaming skills! Depending on the block pattern you choose for the front and back of the pillow, you'll have the chance to learn several different seaming techniques. Not interested in making a pillow? You can still join the Yearlong Knitalong with an afghan block pattern from the Haus of Yarn Block-a-Month Afghan book.
As a genuine 'thank you!' for your participation, all materials purchased at Haus of Yarn that relate directly to each month's knitalong will qualify for double stamps on our Haus of Yarn Reward Card. DOUBLE STAMPS! We really do appreciate your participation and want to encourage as many of you to make as many of the monthly projects as possible. Earning double stamps will make it that much easier!
Not local? No worries! Join the Yearlong Knitalong virtually. We'll be creating threads for each Knitalong project in our Ravelry group. Click here to join our group and come knit along with us!
We'd love to see your projects! In process or completed...if you're on Instagram, join in anytime with #yearlongknitalong and #hausofyarntn.
