Shibui Vine
If you've been in the store over the past few weeks, you've probably noticed our samples and displays are slowly transitioning to Spring! One of our newest samples, Mitchell, is knit using Vine, the newest yarn from Shibui! Vine is one of the more interesting yarns in the shop and - surprisingly -  doesn't feel at all like you'd think it would after we tell you what it's made of - it's a blend of paper, cotton and silk! You read that correctly: paper! Once knit, the fabric is surprisingly soft and drapey -- and the result is as durable as almost any garment - just hand wash as you would any other fine handknit piece!

Our sample of Mitchell is worked up in Suit, and we're absolutely in love! The high-low hem is ridiculously flattering on all body types and we can't wait for Spring temps to get here!! If you find yourself in the neighborhood, do stop by and try Mitchell on and just try not to fall in love like we have!
