Uneek DK!

Back in December, we featured Uneek's worsted self-striping yarn and evidently ya'll love it! We've reordered it twice and now we've stocked the DK version! Each skein of Uneek DK is hand-dyed in rich, vibrant, self-striping colors, so it'll look like you did a whole lot more than just the knit stitch! 100% extra-fine merino wool, 330 yards/skein. We're working on the Bias Before & After Scarf using just one skein, knitted on the bias. This light, airy scarf has the smooth simplicity of stockinette stitch without all the rolling at the edges.

YEARLONG KNITALONG - February!

Join us next Monday, February 3rd, from 11-noon or next Saturday, February 8th from 11-noon for February's installment of the 2020 Haus of Yarn Yearlong Knitalong!

The Sweet or Sassy Socks pattern, designed just for us by the incredibly talented Leah, is a fun way to try your hand at stranded knitting.

When finished, you’ll have a charming pair of sweetheart boot socks. In addition to the Sweet (hearts), there's a Sassy (bugs) version included with the pattern as well. Note: the stranded instructions are provided in chart form only. This pattern will also walk you step-by-step through the two circular needle process.

For our sample, we used Navia, a worsted weight sock yarn. You'll need two skeins for the main color and one for the contrasting one. These socks are a quick knit that any feet would be thrilled to wear!

If you’re working on the Afghan Block-a-Month Knitalong, we'll meet at 1pm on those same Mondays and Saturdays! We'll be working from the trusty Haus of Yarn Block-a-Month Afghan Knit-A-Long book, written by our fearless founder Carolyn Smith. With 48 blocks to choose from, you have a lot of leeway to make exactly the afghan you want!
