The Sharon Show Mystery Knitalong

Who's feeling a little adventurous? Designer Casapinka is launching a Mystery Knitalong on August 7th that will run for 6 weeks. What the what!?!?

Here's what we know;

     • It's a shawl
     • It's rectangular in shape
     • You need four colors of fingering weight yarn

        Purchase the pattern HERE! Print the schematic and get to planning your color placement!

        Once purchased, the first part of the pattern will be uploaded to your Ravelry library on August 7th. A new section will show up in your library each following week for the duration of the Mystery Knitalong. The pattern includes instructions for two levels of skill: 1 - Absolute beginner shawl knitter and 2 - Advanced beginner. Don't expect anything too difficult, but do expect a lot of "Netflix knitting." Life is too stressful now for anything else! Join in on the fun!

        Purchase a kit HERE! We've chosen three different combos using Dream in Color Smooshy with Cashmere, a soft, springy fingering weight yarn. 70% Merino Wool, 20% Cashmere, 10% Nylon.

        Fresh Air Washcloths

        There's something so satisfying about knitting a washcloth. We love that they're both bite-sized and practical projects. Make them for yourself! Make them for gifts!  We have a lot of worsted weight cotton in the shop, and didn't need to purchase more. But while Meg was ordering some other Universal Yarns for restock, she couldn't resist loading up some Clean Cotton as well...the rest is history. 36 colors in stock!

        Buy two skeins of a main color and one skein of a contrast color to make three washloths! Clean Cotton is incredibly priced at just $3.25/skein. It's made from fibers left over from the manufacture of other yarns: the soft too-light fluff, the bits that otherwise would have been lost to the waste stream, etc. This handy, durable, and surprisingly soft high quality yarn is 85% recycled cotton/15% recycled polyester and it's a yarn you can feel good about using.

        Shop Clean Cotton HEREA printed pattern for Fresh Air Washcloths is free with the purchase of three skeins of Clean Cotton.
