Hook, Line & Tinker Kits

Chances are, if Meg stumbles across a product featuring sheep and/or knitting, she's gonna buy it for the shop! Case in point: these adorable embroidery kits from Hook Line & Tinker! Each of the three designs (Sweater Weather, Industrious Octopus and Knittin' Kitten) is beginner friendly and includes everything (well, almost...you'll need scissors!!!) that you'll need to complete them.

Each design is pre-printed on unbleached cotton fabric, which means you can get up and stitching right away! In addition, the designs are flexible, which allows for lots of creative control: keep it simple with easy stitches, or ramp up the challenge!

Basilia in Berroco Lucca

Fall yarns are beginning to arrive and one of our favorites thus far is Lucca from Berroco. It's a worsted weight, soft and buttery 50/50 cotton and cashmere yarn. This one will really make those stitches pop with its beautiful stitch definition, and the soft drape makes this a perfectly luxurious yarn.

To compliment the launch of Lucca, Berroco also released an entire pattern collection highlighting it - and while every design in the collection is exceptional, the Basilia scarf gave us all the heart eyes! Made with a garter stitch and eyelet diamond motif, the pattern includes two sizes; the scarf version (top) is worked up here in camel, and a wider and longer shawl version (bottom) is knit in pink. It's that final polished look for any outfit, and it's a classic that'll last a lifetime.

Shop Lucca HERE! You'll need six skeins for a scarf that is 14" x 64", and eleven skeins for the 23½“ x 73” shawl.
