Winter Spark and Farmer's Daughter!

A fresh batch of Squish Worsted from The Farmer's Daughter arrived recently! We've got a beautiful shop sample that features it: Winter Spark from Lisa Hannes, which uses three skeins (one skein each of three different colors). This shawl is worked sideways in garter sections of three different colors with a textured star stitch that acts as a transition when changing from one color to another. We love its simplicity -- it offers restful breaks during the garter stitch sections, while the star stitch keeps you engaged!  We also love the generous wingspan of Winter Spark; it measures just over 91", so it's almost like wearing a hug. Squish Worsted is the perfect yarn for it -  it'is a worsted weight 100% Merino Superwash and is incredibly springy with amazing stitch definition!

We also received a lovely restock of two other Farmer's Daughter favorites: Foxy Lady and Mighty Mo. We couldn't resist sharing two of our favorite colors: Whiskey Butte and Ludlow's Army. If you've been dreaming of making the incredibly popular Love Note sweater, now's the time!
