Brooklyn Tweed Shelter Nature's Palette
Fresh out of the box: Nature's Palette from Brooklyn Tweed. Twelve vibrant, richly saturated skein-dyed colors of Shelter join the heathered Shelter colorways you already know and love!
For Nature's Palette, Brooklyn Tweed combined their woolen-spun and worsted-spun production processes to bring something new to Shelter. The familiar yarn base (comprised of two plies of Wyoming-grown Targhee-Columbia fleece) is spun in New Hampshire, then sent to North Carolina where it's dyed in the skein for a whole new look.

Blossoms/A Verse in Color
We just unpacked a new batch of Blossoms from Frabjous Fibers. They're center-pull cakes of joy and are hand-dyed in floral-inspired gradients for one continuous color-changing knit! They’re just so lovely! The yarn has a nice sheen to it and feels wonderful. It also drapes beautifully and the nylon and twist makes it resistant to wear and pilling. Blossoms are fingering weight 80% superwash merino/20% nylon, with 425 yard per cake.
We love the A Verse in Color cowl, worked using just one cake of color-changing “Blossoms” and three simple lace patterns that all come together to create this stitch sampler cowl. If you have any travel plans coming up soon, this is a great project to take along!

Magic Rainbow Sprinkles!
Our friend Silbia from Camellia Fiber Co just delivered a fresh batch of her Rainbow Sprinkles and her new, limited edition Magic Rainbow Sprinkles, both in worsted weight.
At first glance, Magic Rainbow Sprinkles just looks slightly brighter than regular Rainbow Sprinkles (it's allllllmost neon!). But wait...what's the "magic"? Well...it lights up when exposed under UV blacklight (shown in that second photo)! We're not sure exactly where to find a blacklight these days, since our "club dayzzzzz" are long gone - and are there any Spencer Gifts left? - but, hey, these days you find joy in the most unexpected ways and these skeins are bringing it! Bowling!? Roller Skating!? Halloween Haunted House!? Laser Tag!?
