"Little Haus" Pop-Up: Open at Last!

Did you think it'd never get here? Or that we'd never shut up about it? Either way, your dream has come true: our Little Haus is finally open. Click right HERE to get there!

For Little Haus, we worked most of 2022 sourcing (and, in some cases, designing and even making) a beautiful collection of small batch goods, all from teensy-tiny local businesses we love, admire and support (including our own dang selves!). Ranging from yarn and craft kits and notions to home and paper goods, it's a whomping set of one-time-only ooo la la, and not one bit of it is available via Amazon. Sorry, not sorry!

Thank you so much for supporting us. We hope you find something you love here, and we urge you to support the small businesses mentioned within...as well as the ones in your own part of the world!

Yearlong Knitalong: December!

Join us next Monday, December 5th, from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm for the December installment of the Haus of Yarn Yearlong Knitalong! If you're local, we'd love to see you...this is an in-store meet up!What We're Making The perfect-for-gifting Sophie Scarf is worked tip to tip in garter stitch with built-in i-cord edges. These are quick (!!) and we truly love the simplicity of the design. We whipped up the smaller size which wraps once around the neck; you could work it longer which would wrap twice around.

Written for DK weight yarn, you could use a single strand of whatever speaks to you or - like our sample - hold strands of two favorites to create your very own original color combination! We used the new Laine du Nord Eco Baby held with the new Malabrigo Mohair. We think it's perfect!
Shop Eco Baby HERE & Malabrigo Mohair HERE! *We used #07 Cream in Eco Baby and 886 Diana Mohair; one skein each is enough to complete either size.
