Old Rusted Chair Restock!

Woo-hoo!! We just received a spectacular restock from our great friend Lou at Nashville's own Old Rusted Chair. This high-twist sock yarn has excellent stitch definition and - while perfect for shawls, sweaters, and just about any accessories that call for fingering weight - we love it for socks! They're quick and satisfying to make, and there’s just something so special about sporting a pair of handknit socks!

If you need a little pattern inspiration, here's one! It's designed by our own Leah (!!) and she created it specifically for hand-dyed yarns. The stitch pattern highlights the gorgeous subtleties of hand-dyed yarn.

Felt Pouches + New Notions

These gorgeous recycled felt pouches are perfect for storing notions for on-the-go crafting. Perfectly sized for a pair of mini scissors, tape measure, darning needle and stitch markers, each measures just over 4" x 4" and is made from thick felt, secured with a sturdy snap.

We took one on a test drive and managed to stuff a lot of accessories (sold separately) into it! One of our new fox tape measures, a handy crochet repair keychain (for those pesky dropped stitches), a wood tapestry needle tube and the cutest mini (TSA approved) embroidery scissors! We aren't exactly sure where we're going...but we're packed and ready!

These felt pouches come in nine colors, and you can see them all right HERE!
