Summer Solstice + Willa

New shades of Summer Solstice by Juniper Moon just arrived and if you've been dreaming of a go-to summer make, we think the Willa Tee just might be what you've been looking for.

Summer Solstice is a fantastic sport weight summer tweed. It's a lovely blend of cotton and linen, making it the perfect choice for a lightweight summer tee. Willa is a simple top knit in the round from the top down. Short rows are worked across the back for slight shaping, and there's a lovely little lace motif around the yoke. Willa is intended to be worn with 5” positive ease, depending on the look you're after. Choose a size that's a minimum of 5" larger than your actual bust measurement for a nice and breezy summer top!

Shop Summer Solstice HEREWe have sixteen different colors available!
Size 1 (45" bust) requires two skeins, sizes 2-7 (48" up to 71" bust) will require three skeins.

The pattern for the Willa tee is right HERE!

The Four Shop Shawl 💛✨

Who's ready to go on a little Middle Tennessee adventure? Back in 2020 (scary times, amiright!?!?), we asked you to safely visit each of the three Nashville-area brick-and-mortar yarn shops (Bliss Yarns in Brentwood, Haus of Yarn in Nashville, and Ewe & Company in Kingston Springs), purchase a skein from each and then create a beautiful shawl with the three skeins.

We're doing it again, but this time we get to call it the “Four Shop Shawl” because we're thrilled to welcome another shop to our flock of wonderful Middle Tennessee LYS-es: Sunshine Weaving & Fiber Arts in Lebanon!

This time around, we've chosen two patterns for your consideration: the Friendship Shawl (knit) and The Dandelion Dance Shawl (crochet).  Both projects are made with one skein each of four different colors of DK weight yarn.

Your mission - should you decide to accept it - is to purchase one skein of yarn for your project from each of the four participating shops. Again: Sunshine Weaving & Fiber Arts in Lebanon, Bliss Yarns in Brentwood, Haus of Yarn in Nashville, and Ewe & Company in Kingston Springs. When you purchase the first skein at your first stop (for either project), exclaim "I'm participating in the FOUR SHOP SHAWL" and we’ll purchase the pattern from Ravelry for you!

It’s not a knitalong or crochetalong; there’s no start or end date, and we encourage you to work at whatever pace suits you! Simply visit each of the four shops whenever you can and we’ll get you started! Your support helps keep the doors open for all of us, and we appreciate your visits!
