Zinnia-Inspired Minis from Camellia!
Now that the Great Tennessee Yarn Crawl has come to an end, we can finally tell the world about the delicious little mini-skeins we brought in especially for the Crawl-ers. We knew the rest of you would want to get your paws on them as well, so we ordered plenty!
The loveliest person in the world - Silbia at Camellia Fiber Co here in Nashville - conjured up these adorable zinnia-inspired fingering-weight Merino minis. This colorway put us in mind of summer evenings in the deep backyard, when fireflies can still (occasionally) speckle the air.
These minis come in 87 yd / 20 g skeins of superwash Merino wool. They're perfect for smaller-scale projects like scarves and cowls that need a little high-falutin' oomph...or if you have a modular project that uses multiple different minis - think Log Cabin or Granny Squares - these are just the ticket. They're also fantastic "Nashville" souvenirs...cuz' you ain't gonna find them anywhere else!

Tennessee Mountain Home from Hinkston Handmade
Our friend Erin from Hinkston Handmade (just up the road in Kentucky) dyed up a Haus-only self-striping colorway of her Sturdy Sock base that we are unabashedly in love with. Taking its cue from the high-elevation hues and shades of the Tennessee mountains, Tennessee Mountain Home in Sturdy Sock is an 80/20 superwash Merino/nylon sock yarn that comes in a couple of formats: a single 446-yard skein or two 223-yard ones (perfect for a matched pair of socks!).

The (Animal) Band is Back Together!
They're baaaaack! And we've got an absolute HERD of them all at once!
We've always had a thing for little crocheted amigurumi animals (Haus is positively crawling with them!), but knitted versions cross our paths somewhat less frequently; there just don't seem to be as many out there. Well...ta-da! You can create lovely cuddly toys with a complete knitting kit from Hardicraft! These knitted toys not only look super cute, but are also super-soft due to the "melange" yarn. Each kit is packaged with enough Scheepjes Stone Washed yarn to complete your project. Stone Washed is a soft, cotton/acrylic blend that's machine washable. Kits include the pattern, yarn, safety eyes and the required stuffing. All you need is your favorite knitting needle.

COWL TIME! Alpaca Sparkle in Four New Colors!
It's probably time to start thinking about adding a little the new holiday sparkle to your wardrobe and there's no quicker way to do it than with a lil' ol' sparkly doodah around your neck! We've talked about Meg's pink Alpaca Sparkle Cowl before, but we thought we'd mention this pattern again because Rowan has released four new colors - Truffle, Plum, Navy and Sage - that add a bit of juice to their previous neutral-ier palette.
Alpaca Sparkle is an Aran weight yarn made up of poly, alpaca, wool and cotton. Each shade features identically-colored sequins dispersed throughout, which lends a subtle sparkle to almost any project. This yarn is great for shawls and scarves - and with that in mind, Meg worked up a quick in-Haus cowl pattern for it. Grab a single ball of Alpaca Sparkle (just one? Yes!) and we'll include a printed copy of her Alpaca Sparkle Cowl pattern gratis.
The Alpaca Sparkle Cowl is a quick triangle that achieves its ultimate size quickly thanks to twinned increases on every other row; you'll be done before you know it! Meg added a little button rather than seam it; simply slip the button through the fairly loose fabric to secure the cowl and you're all set.

It may be six months away, but it's also time to start talking about this again! We'll yammer more about it a bit later, but mark your calendars for Nash Yarn Fest, version 2027! March 12 + 13. We've been vendors at NYF from the start and absolutely love this event.
